Job Description:
The successful applicant will develop and implement hands-on STEM curriculum while providing targeted, small-group support to struggling students. This role combines instruction in robotics, coding, and science with data-driven intervention to bridge academic gaps, fostering critical thinking and technological proficiency for all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction
- Develop and deliver engaging STEM lessons (coding, robotics, engineering, science)
- Intervention
- Work with students struggling with academic and/or STEM concepts
- Provide targeted, small-group or one-on-one interventions to improve performance
- Assessment & Data
- Monitor student growth through assessments, using data to inform instructional adjustments
- Curriculum Development
- Select, modify, and align instructional resources with state/national standards
- Collaboration
- Work with general education teachers, special education teachers, Unified Arts teachers, and other interventionists to integrate STEM across disciplines and support IEP goals
- Engagement
- Promote academic standards and STEM standards through extracurricular activities and/or clubs
Other Job Related Requirements:

Assign student devices using the barcoding system
- Manage and maintain Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Apple, Android, Google environments

Assist team with device maintenance, repair and inventory as needed
- Complete and document repairs using current work order system

Assist with school messaging, including NTouch and website
- Ability to learn, support, and deliver professional development on county implemented learning platforms

Assist in other duties as needed and directed
