Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at Rosemont - a HumanGood community. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and support services to residents, visitors, and staff.
About the Role
This is a part-time/full-time position, requiring availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for disseminating information, operating a telephone console or switchboard, and performing general clerical duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
- Provide an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
- Assist with resident services such as transportation, mail, and deliveries and the coordination of visitors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need prior customer service experience, computer skills, and high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be available to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
