REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Able to carry 30-40lbs
-Washing, sanitizing and properly organizing all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc; throughout and up to the very end of the scheduled shift
-Bringing all food deliveries to the kitchen and storage areas
-Properly organizing and storing all delivered products: includes stocking dry goods on appropriate shelves, placing refrigerated items in the walk-in, consolidating and organizing the walk-in and storage shelves in the kitchen
-Removing all trash, recycling and other garbage from the kitchen and pastry as needed
-Daily cleaning the walk-in: floors swept and mopped, produce consolidated, etc...
-Sweeping and mopping the entire restaurant space
-Daily deep cleaning
