What You’ll Do
- Support the Executive Chef in daily operations, prep, and service
- Lead kitchen staff with a calm, positive energy
- Help shape menus, drive culinary innovation, and maintain high food & sanitation standards
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency behind the scenes
- Be a mentor, motivator, and a key part of our growing team
- Engage clients with positivity and genuine desire to provide a great experience
You Are
- A strong cook with 2 years of kitchen leadership experience
- Passionate about food, quality, and teamwork
- Organized, level-headed, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen—but big on balance
- Someone who thrives in a respectful, inclusive, and fun environment

This full-time position offers a starting pay of $800 per week, with benefits including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, lots of paid time, holidays off, a 401(k) plan, and work-life balance.
