Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guest support throughout their visit
- Setup and break down beach chair and umbrella equipment
- Work bonfires on the beach
- Monitor beach areas to ensure safety standards are upheld, including lifeguard responsibilities when applicable
- Assist with organizing and managing beach events, activities, and entertainment programs to enhance guest enjoyment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and positive communication skills
- Enforce resort policies related to safety, conduct, and environmental preservation to maintain a secure atmosphere
- Engage with children and families to create a fun, inclusive environment while maintaining safety protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in beach chair service is preferred
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, or hospitality roles within resort or recreational settings
- Proven skills in conflict management and public speaking to address guest needs effectively
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest engagement
