What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preventative Maintenance Technician position at Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company?
Rosemary Beach, Northwest Florida’s premiere Gulf front community, is currently looking to immediately hire a full-time Maintenance Technician.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Executes work order assignments and follows through if task is not able to be completed
- Perform routine monthly inspections with detailed checklist
- Repair and replace items observed during inspection
- Perform duties professionally and orderly when guests are present
Key Qualifications:
- Applicants must possess at least 2 to 5 years of general maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of appliance repair
- Competencies in every day plumbing and HVAC repairs
- Ability to repair doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry
- Remodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as well as after hour callouts
