Shoshana Technologies is seeking a Customer Care Specialist who loves helping people, solving problems, and learning new technology. In this role, you'll support our proprietary software used in the fast-growing home care industry, helping care providers do their jobs better every day.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to grow in a collaborative, supportive team environment.


What You'll Do

  • Be the friendly voice and helpful guide for customers using our software
  • Provide phone and written technical support with professionalism and care
  • Troubleshoot issues and walk users through clear, effective solutions
  • Manage multiple requests while staying organized and meeting deadlines
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and positively
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and the overall customer experience
  • Learn industry-specific workflows and systems in home care


What We're Looking For

  • Experience helping customers or solving problems (formal or informal)
  • Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear, confident phone communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills


Bonus Points

  • Comfortable learning complex software or technical systems
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Experience with the structures and challenges faced by medicaid providers.
  • Background in or experience with the home care industry
