Supports clinic operations by training clinical staff, monitoring sterilization processes, maintaining required documentation, and ensuring equipment and supplies are safe, available, and ready for patient care. Job Description

Essential Functions
- Clean, sterilize, and distribute dental instruments and equipment to support daily clinic operations, following all safety and infection‑control standards.
- Perform routine sterilization testing and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Monitor sterilization equipment and partner with clinical leadership to address maintenance or repair needs.
- Manage sterilization supplies and inventory, including ordering materials and maintaining required documentation.
- Support and train clinical staff in sterilization processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Assist in the dental clinic as needed with operatory setup, infection control, instrument tracking, and dental assisting duties (including radiographs when appropriately trained).
- Graduation from high school or equivalent education
- Applicants with an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
