Roseland University Prep (RUP) is seeking a Varsity Cheerleading Coach to lead and support our cheer program for the 2026–2027 school year. While cheerleading is a fall sport, tryouts will begin in May 2026.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required: * TB Test Clearance * DOJ/FBI Clearance Must complete all trainings as required by education code, RESIG, board policies and/or law prior to coaching, which includes, but is not limited to the following: *CPR / First Aid Certification *Student Concussion *CIF (Coaching Certification Training – must be completed within one year of 1st year of coaching if not in the 1st year of coaching must be completed prior to beginning coaching) *Sudden Cardiac Arrest *Heat Illness & Hydration *Mandated Reporter Training Most of these trainings are available free of charge via online on Public School Works (PSW) (District will set these up for you). If you have any of the above trainings and they are current, please attach to your Ed-join application.
