The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Marketer to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Marketing task workflows
Preparing carrier submissions
Managing Image Right marketing filing
Preparing proposals
Organizing markets folders
Participating as a team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High School degree required, college preferred
Independent usage and understanding of rating, eligibility and guidelines
Working knowledge of AMS and Image Right
Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
