You'll have direct access to our expanding MSR portfolio, giving you a steady stream of existing borrowers ready for refinance recapture, home equity, cash-out, and purchase opportunities. What You'll Do (And Why You'll Excel)
- Work inbound inquiries and proactive outbound leads from data triggers and our customer servicing portal—no more chasing low-quality prospects.
- Originate refinances, cash-out, home equity, and purchase loans with motivated, pre-qualified borrowers.
- Consistently hit (and exceed) targets for call volume, talk time, pull-through, and conversions.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Educate borrowers on options and market conditions to secure their loyalty and keep loans in portfolio.
- Partner with dedicated underwriting, processing, and servicing teams for fast, seamless closings.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in full compliance with regulations.

Requirements
- Active NMLS license.
- 3 years mortgage origination experience (retention, refinance, or portfolio roles strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets and retaining/recapturing business.
- Deep knowledge of mortgage products, servicing, and market dynamics.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with LOS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
