Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will manage and guide customers in the mortgage application and approval process, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include evaluating financial profiles, explaining loan options, communicating with lenders, preparing loan documentation, and assisting in resolving any issues that arise during the approval process. You will act as a knowledgeable touchpoint for clients, providing expert assistance to help them achieve their homeownership goals.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of mortgage loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
- Experience in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and documentation review
- Strong customer service and communication skills to guide clients through the mortgage process
- Proficiency with loan origination systems and related financial software
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Current NMLS licensure
- Proven track record in sales or mortgage loan origination is highly advantageous
- Self-Sourced, Commission based
- Must be doing currently no less than 2 loans a month.
