Role Description The Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntersville, NC. This role oversees daily clinical operations, including coordinating patient flow, supervising clinical support staff, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. The LPN Clinical Supervisor provides direct patient care such as triage, medication administration, immunizations, and patient education, with particular focus on infectious disease, HIV, and LGBTQ health. The role includes participating in care planning with providers, monitoring documentation and quality measures, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. The supervisor also serves as a bilingual point of contact for patients and families, helping to ensure clear communication, culturally responsive care, and a positive clinic experience.

Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina and current BLS certification.
- Professional experience in outpatient clinical settings, ideally in infectious disease, HIV care, or LGBTQ health.
- Bilingual fluency in English and another language (such as Spanish) with strong, clear communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in clinical supervision or team lead responsibilities, including coordinating staff schedules and supporting performance and training.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), accurate clinical documentation, and basic computer skills.
- Strong assessment, triage, and patient education skills, with attention to safety, infection control, and clinical protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain a patient-centered, inclusive approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy clinical environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to non-discriminatory, trauma-informed care is highly beneficial.
- Previous leadership experience and familiarity with quality improvement or practice management processes are a plus.
