Compensation Breakdown:

• Base pay: $30.00–$34.00/hr (RN or LPN, based on experience)

• 2nd shift differential: $4.50/hr

• Weekend differential: $1.50/hr (Saturday/Sunday)

• Medical opt-out: $3.00/hr (if you qualify)

Rosedale Green – Covington, KY

• 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Emerald Trace – Erlanger, KY

• 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

As a 2nd Shift RN or LPN, you’ll provide direct nursing care, support STNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.
