Position Summary
Coordinate recovery home services. Provide and monitor continuity of program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of recovery home services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
The Team Leader is responsible for the management and daily supervision of the recovery home. Duties include but are not limited to managing a case load, running groups, deemed point person for questions and problem solving. The team leader will also complete documentation within specified time frames, provide training, quality assurance, staff supervision, administration, and attend required meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or equivalent experience and training
- Applicants must possess or obtain certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist (NCRS), Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (CPRS), Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS), or equivalent alcohol or drug (AOD) credential from ICB within two years of employment
- Demonstrated competency in recovery support skills
- Competence in using common computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements

- Work scheduled hours and any additional hours deemed necessary by leadership. Some variation in scheduled hours may be required to meet designated responsibilities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the recovery home.
- Take charge of maintaining the physical upkeep of the recovery home and coordinate required repairs or services by liaising with the appropriate department.
- Utilize available data to manage team performance, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Provide staff feedback on performance via team meetings, monthly supervision and annual reviews.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to guarantee continuous and adequate coverage of the unit.
- Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
- Consult with the appropriate departments to develop policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the Recovery Home Program.
- Address and promptly respond to inquiries regarding the recovery home from referral sources, encompassing internal, external, and internet-generated leads.
- Work closely with supervisors, the finance team, and support staff to develop financial aid packages for clients and ensure timely collection of recovery home program fees.
- Perform secure handling of cardholder data, including encryption, data storage limitations, and adherence to security protocols.
- Participate in mandatory Payment Card Industry training, access controls, and regular security assessments, aligned with PCI Data Security Standards (DSS) guidelines.
- Compile data and report weekly on recovery home inquiries, admissions, and scheduled discharges.
- Collaborate with staff to organize and facilitate monthly client-focused recovery home activities per month, fostering engagement and participation among residents.
- Liaise with supervisor and business development team on the scheduling of tours to showcase program features to perspective clients and referral sources.
- Contribute actively as an integral member of the clinical team, fostering collaboration and inclusivity by participating in all team meetings, discussions, and activities aimed at enhancing client care.
- Exhibit actions and make decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
- Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Serve as a role model to others and demonstrate excellent company stewardship.
- Fulfill any other additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- As assigned, performs CLIA-waved laboratory testing and related quality control activities in accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and organizational procedures.
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- On-call responsibilities required
