Responsibilities of the Role:
- Maintains expert level knowledge of all reservations.
- Answer telephones, and take orders, messages and reservations with proper etiquette.
- Must have a warm, inviting personality, and display a positive, professional demeanor.
- Understand and respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu.
- Accommodates requests for information promptly and courteously.
- Organizes and maintains secure storage of guest items.
- Communicates guest arrivals and special requests to front of house team immediately.
- Positive representation of the brand at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the restaurant to another.
