Rosebud Restaurants, a Chicago staple for nearly 50 years, is seeking experienced bartenders to join the team at Carmine's Rosemont! Bartenders are responsible for guiding the guest experience and exceeding expectations with knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations, friendly demeanor, positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced fine dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent, friendly service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Competent in mixology of traditional and craft cocktails and extensive wine knowledge.
- Accurately record and account for all items ordered, process payments, and balance all sales/receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.
- Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
- Effectively communicate with other staff to ensure accurate, high-quality guest service.
- Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to answer questions and communicate knowledge about the menu, wine list and restaurant history.
- Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions.
- Proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment, including the POS system.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Work efficiently and professionally with other team members.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the restaurant to another.
