Rosebud-Lott ISD is seeking a caring, student-centered professional to serve as our Elementary School Counselor. We are looking for someone who has a heart for young students and a passion for supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth during these important foundational years.
The Elementary Counselor will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive campus environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. This includes providing guidance lessons, supporting positive behavior, and helping students develop essential skills such as problem-solving, self-regulation, and healthy peer relationships.
