We are seeking a Kitchen Server to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our D.C Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy, our international events company.

Qualifications and skills: 

Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a background in service. They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team member, possess excellent communication skills, and will be willing and able to provide our guests with authentically warm service each night.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver menu items to guests in a prompt and efficient manner with accuracy and attention to presentation


• Provide a high level of service by giving detailed descriptions and stories of the dishes being served.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations


• Clear and reset tables when needed to support bussers


• Work collaboratively with hosts, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for all guests
