Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, care about client satisfaction, and enjoy being part of a positive, professional cleaning crew.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and you are responsible for filing your own taxes at the end of the year.

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Follow company checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
• Perform final walkthroughs to make sure all details are complete (trash bins emptied, mats replaced, etc.)
• Care for all gear, cleaning supplies, and equipment as well as laundering cleaning towels provided (vacuum filters, rollers, canisters, etc.)
• Report low inventory or equipment issues promptly
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Use provided tools and checklists daily to prevent missed tasks or rework

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
• Must have a clean driving record (minor violations may be overlooked)
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Experience in residential or custodial cleaning preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person

Pay & Benefits:

• $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
• Weekly pay
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.40 per mile (from first job to last job of the day)
• Tips and performance bonuses
• Flexible schedule and opportunity to grow into a full-time role

Schedule:

• Part-time (15-25 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday, occasional weekends as needed
• 4-hour - 8-hour shifts depending on schedule and client load
