We are seeking a reliable, warm, and experienced Part-Time Housekeeper/Nanny for a lovely family in Bel Air. The family has an infant and a small dog. This is a long-term position for someone who is comfortable balancing household responsibilities with childcare and is interested in growing with the family.
The position will initially be primarily housekeeping, with some assistance with the baby as needed. This position could potentially grow into something more full-time in the future.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Flexibility for occasional date nights is appreciated.
Compensation:
$35 - $40/hour cash
Responsibilities
- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organized home
- Laundry and household linens
- Regular tidying and organization
- Deep cleaning approximately every other week
- Assisting with care of the baby
- Providing additional childcare coverage as the role evolves
- Occasional babysitting for date nights
- Driving/errands as needed
Qualifications
- Prior professional housekeeping experience
- Previous infant/baby care experience
- Comfortable working in a home where parents are present
- Comfortable with dogs
- Valid driver's license and comfortable driving
- Must be able to swim, as the home has a pool
- Flexible, dependable, and interested in a long-term position
- Willing and able to take on increased childcare responsibilities over time
