The Role
This role involves neighborhood canvassing to identify homes with potential storm damage and help homeowners navigate the restoration process.
Responsibilities include:
• Neighborhood canvassing
• Identifying roof and exterior damage
• Educating homeowners on restoration options
• Scheduling inspections
• Managing projects from contract to completion
Compensation
• 1099 independent contractor role
• Uncapped commission structure
• Typical earnings $100,000–$200,000
• Paid Weekly (Every Friday)
• Monthly bonuses
• Bi-annual 30% production bonus

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet
• Availability Monday–Friday (11 AM to dusk) with optional Saturdays
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
