Role Description
Rose Rock is seeking a detail-oriented SPCC Specialist to support our SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure) Plan department. This position is office-based and focused on the production and preparation of SPCC plans using company templates and site information. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format SPCC Plans in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat using company templates
- Input and organize facility-specific data, maps, and photos
- Ensure all documents meet EPA requirements and company standards
- Communicate with project managers for plan revisions or missing information
- Maintain organized digital records and version control
- Support administrative and document management tasks related to environmental compliance
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
- High attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines
- Excellent written communication and organization skills
- Experience in document production or environmental compliance (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
