Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance technicians.
Manage daily work orders and maintenance operations.
Provide troubleshooting, training, and technical support.
Perform quality control inspections.
Coordinate with property managers, tenants, vendors, and office staff.
Manage maintenance and rehabilitation projects under $7,000.
Assist with repairs, inspections, turnovers, and other field work as needed.
Help improve department efficiency and customer service.Qualifications
