As our Night Compactor, you will be fundamental in our responsibility to sustainable practices and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests, fans, and employees by sorting recyclable, compostable, and landfill items after daily operations and events.
DAY-TO-DAY:
- Operating compacting machinery, coordinating waste and recyclable operations.
- Sorting landfill, recyclable, and compostable items.
- Cleaning and sanitizing garbage cans and gondolas.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment and workspaces daily.
- Performing miscellaneous tasks to assist in preparation for events.
- Responding to radio calls in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
WE'D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
- Are a minimum of 18 years old.
- Have experience in a similar role in graveyard or task-based function, preferred.
- Have the ability to work late and overnight with a graveyard work schedule.
- You must be able to understand and communicate conversational English, including following verbal and written direction.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate safe work habits and proper body mechanics when lifting or moving heavy objects.
- Have the ability to rotate duties as needed and perform other reasonable job-related duties.
