What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campground Reservation/Camp Store Associate position at Rose Point Park Cabins & Camping?
At Rose Point Park it is our mission to provide a memorable camping experience. As a full service campground, we offer a wide range of amenities and experiences – from our premier recreation program to the calm, quiet of ferns and hemlocks along Slippery Rock Creek. Conveniently located right off of Rt 422 between Butler and New Castle. Come work with us and enjoy the outdoors this summer!

Essential functions:
- Answering phones
- Operating Point of Sale System
- Taking reservations
- Checking guests in
- Stocking merchandise
- Cash handling
- Light cleaning
- Ice Bagging
- Activities support as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be comfortable answering phones
- Adept with handling cash and working point of sale system
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have a positive attitude and be comfortable working face to face with customers
Minor Functions:
- Support program activities
- Facility cleaning
Parks and Rec, Hospitality or Retail experience a plus.
Job Types: Seasonal, Part Time, Season Ends October 31st
Hours: Shifts are generally 4-6 hours, Store/Office hours are typically between the hours of 9am-8pm. This position is looking to fill weekend hours specifically.
Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience
