Job Summary
Maintain customer satisfaction by inspecting residential and commercial locations for insects and rodent activity, selecting mixing and applying materials and or placing traps as needed to control pests.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with scheduled and regular pest and emergency management service
- Physically inspect a variety of structures to determine the presence of pests; calculating the severity of infestation and providing a solution
- Interface directly with the customers regarding the work to be accomplished
- Create diagrams and graphs indicating the type, degree and location of infestations
- Follow company guidelines when performing services as well as following labels and regulations of products
- Perform sales and produce leads for others
- Receive and properly account for company funds collected during the course of business activities
- Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis
- Perform other administrative tasks at the supervisor’s direction, including calling customers regarding client callbacks and cancelled service request.
- Maintain company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times
- Maintain a professional image for yourself and the company
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills required
- Friendly, polite customer service skills on the phone and in person
- Ability to provide solutions to customers’ inquiries/complaints
