What you'll be doing
- Process vendor invoices, preparing Releases of Lien, Vendor setup, 1099 process and assist in weekly payment run.
- Reconcile daily outgoing bank transactions to check register and work with Management to post any missing transactions.
- Support Management in month end.
- Supports other staff accountants with accounting as needed.
- Complete special projects as assigned by management.
- Performs duties as assigned.
- Manage credit card process, including rolling out new credit card programs, ordering and cancelling credit cards, and working with Management to resolve disputes / fraudulent charges.
- Manage SunPass setup and termination upon onboarding and offboarding of employees, including managing toll payments.
- Review coding, follow-up on receipts, and reconcile company credit card transactions.
What you'll bring to us
- Highly skilled in planning, organization, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet design and maintenance, navigating in databases, and creating presentations.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Requires attention to detail.
