Flower Farm Laborer

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Flower Farm Laborer to help with day-to-day farm operations. No previous farm experience is required; we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Plant, water, weed, and harvest flowers
- Prepare flower beds and maintain crops
- Assist with planting and transplanting
- Cut and prepare flowers for bouquets and orders
- Help with general farm cleanup and maintenance
- Lift and carry supplies and flower buckets
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow basic farm safety practices
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work
- Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous gardening, landscaping, or farm experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
