Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas to maintain safety and organization
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision, following safety protocols at all times
- Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal to ensure a tidy work environment
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure workplace
- Support the installation of structures, fixtures, or infrastructure components as directed by supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
