Rose Law Firm is seeking a dependable, friendly, and flexible Part-Time Receptionist / Office Runner to provide general office support Monday through Thursday mornings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays busy, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors and provide reception coverage
- Answer and direct phone calls as needed
- Start coffee and help prepare the office for the day
- Pick up and deliver lunches, catering, supplies, and other items
- Assist with meetings, lunches, and office events, including setup and cleanup
- Keep conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas clean and organized
- Run local errands and make deliveries
- Stock office and kitchen supplies
- Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Friendly and professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Flexible and willing to handle a variety of tasks
- Comfortable interacting with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors
- Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
