What You Will Accomplish
- You’ll bring excellence in design craft and critical thinking to create cohesive, high-quality product experiences that delight users and drive business impact.
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end product experiences — from concept to polished Ui — balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Apply advanced mastery of Figma and prototyping tools to craft detailed interaction flows, component-level systems, and high-fidelity designs that raise the bar for quality and consistency.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and content peers to explore opportunities, refine hypotheses, and deliver solutions that connect strategy to execution.
- Present and articulate design rationale through clear storytelling, connecting design decisions to measurable outcomes and product vision.
- Maintain well-documented, organized design systems and assets to support cross-team alignment and efficient handoffs.
