- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the entertainment or media industries.
- Strong understanding of the podcasts medium, including leading and emerging talent, industry trends, networks, and audience behaviors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and cultural conversation, Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for compelling visual and written storytelling for both internal and external audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-bday social programming strategy to drive timely, culturally relevant storytelling.
- Stay on top of platform and cultural trends to inform development of innovative formats and creative concepts,
- Partner with cross functional collaborators, including production, editorial, and partnerships teams to drive campaigns and evolve content.
- Manage internal and external content tracking and approvals,
- Communicate with external partners on content development and production.
- Analyze social performance metrics to continually refine and optimize our content strategy,
