SERVICE ASSURANCE:
- Establish baseline pre-checks, including health of Media Gateway Control Function suites of Media Gateway hardware, SS7, Trunking, etc., using KPI and Network Management tooling, i.e. PowerBI, Grafana, PNM, NMA, NERS, SOIPS, GRANITE, RUBY, etc.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics across multiple planned maintenance activities in parallel throughout duration.
- Identify, investigate, diagnose and resolve network issues promptly, coordinating with relevant teams as necessary.
- Capture timeline of events should a network disruption take place.
- Develop and maintain service assurance documentation, including incident reports and performance summaries.
- Conduct post validation checks making sure that there are no changes in status of health, no abnormal releases, MGCF is taking calls and no anomalies or changes in KPI and Network tooling.
