- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related experience
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Banking or financial industry experience will be preferred
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Support projects through all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support
- Develop business cases and recommend solutions to address business needs
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Monitor project progress and resolve requirement-related issues
- Support solution implementation and user adoption activities
- Research industry best practices and support process improvement initiatives
- Lead or contribute to large, high-impact projects as needed
