Education Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Molecular Biology
- Genetics
- Biochemistry
- Related Scientific Field
- 0–5 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in DNA/RNA isolation
- Proficiency in:
- PCR
- qPCR
- Digital PCR (preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience with statistical tools (e.g., JMP)
Experimentation
- Conduct laboratory experiments under close supervision while following safety guidelines.
- Follow and understand established protocols.
- Document experimental details accurately in electronic lab notebooks (eLN).
- Ensure data integrity by following RMD guidance documents.
- Contribute experiment details and conclusions to Design History Files (DHFs).
- Troubleshoot experimental issues when necessary.
- Complete assigned activities within established timelines.
- Analyze experimental data using established templates and methodologies.
- Follow data analysis protocols with appropriate supervision.
- Interpret and communicate results accurately.
- Communicate experimental results to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Prepare technical documentation including:
- Protocols
- Reports
- Lab records
- Present findings during team or group meetings.
- Demonstrate ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships.
- Participate in collaborative development activities.

- Assist with routine laboratory maintenance.
