Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
• Molecular Biology
• Genetics
• Biochemistry
• Related Scientific Field
  
  

Experience

• 0–5 years of relevant experience
  
  

Technical Skills

• Expertise in DNA/RNA isolation
• Proficiency in:
• PCR
• qPCR
• Digital PCR (preferred)
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience with statistical tools (e.g., JMP)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Experimentation

• Conduct laboratory experiments under close supervision while following safety guidelines.
• Follow and understand established protocols.
• Document experimental details accurately in electronic lab notebooks (eLN).
• Ensure data integrity by following RMD guidance documents.
• Contribute experiment details and conclusions to Design History Files (DHFs).
• Troubleshoot experimental issues when necessary.
• Complete assigned activities within established timelines.
  
  

Data Analysis

• Analyze experimental data using established templates and methodologies.
• Follow data analysis protocols with appropriate supervision.
• Interpret and communicate results accurately.
  
  

Communication

• Communicate experimental results to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Prepare technical documentation including:
• Protocols
• Reports
• Lab records
• Present findings during team or group meetings.
• Demonstrate ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
  
  

Professional Collaboration

• Build and maintain professional working relationships.
• Participate in collaborative development activities.
• Promote a culture of respect, professionalism, and teamwork.
  
  

Laboratory Management

• Assist with routine laboratory maintenance.
• Support laboratory safety initiatives.
• Participate in ISO and QSR compliance activities.
• Monitor and track laboratory inventory, including:
• Equipment

Technical Knowledge

• Maintain a basic understanding of:
• Molecular biology concepts
