Minimum Requirements
- 7 years as a Salesforce Administrator managing and supporting multiple Salesforce Orgs and environments; proven experience implementing and improving security policies and practices.
- 7 years in SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and version management, including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum.
- 7 years leading data migrations, data quality initiatives, systems integrations, and implementing 3rd-party applications/AppExchange products.
- 7 years overseeing and guiding troubleshooting of complex software/hardware/system incidents; demonstrated ability to recommend and implement technology solutions.
- Experience working within Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Ability to provide 24/7 support coverage as needed.
- 5 years implementing authentication protocols (OAuth) for 3rd-party integrations; proficiency in core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery) and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).

- We are seeking an experienced hands-on System Administrator for HHSC Salesforce Orgs, responsible for end-to-end org setup, maintenance, integrations, data migration, CI/CD, and production support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements, assess alternatives, and conduct cost/benefit analyses to recommend solutions.
- Analyze user requirements and operational procedures to automate processes or improve existing systems, documenting functional needs, program logic, and development steps.
- Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to determine feasibility of requested changes within the existing environment.
- Work within an Agile (Scrum) framework; provide 24/7 availability for critical support needs.
Salesforce Org Administration
- Set up new Salesforce Orgs from scratch, configure environments, and manage releases.
- Implement and enforce security policies, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access controls.
- Oversee environment strategy (dev, test, UAT, prod), sandbox management, and deployment readiness.
- Define and follow coding standards, change control processes, and versioning best practices.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Flosum (or equivalent), ensuring reliable deployments.
- Plan and execute data migrations, data quality improvements, and AppExchange product implementations.
- Integrate Salesforce with 3rd-party applications via APIs and middleware; support REST/SOAP services.
- Collaborate on integration patterns with tools like Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft, Jitterbit (preferred).
- Lead and guide the resolution of complex incidents across software, integrations, and infrastructure.
