As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality by executing and improving test processes, collaborating with engineering and QA leads, and supporting the delivery of high-quality features. Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features. Reproduce, document, and triage bugs work closely with engineering to drive resolution
- Write and maintain clear comprehensive test cases and test plans. Support QA leads in driving test strategy and test plan creation
- Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress
- Conduct Product Audits with QA leads guidance to analyze/improve QA test coverage. Conduct Bug Audits with QA leads guidance to analyze/identify product areas that need improvement
- Provide Release readiness support for Medium/small size features. Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features. Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads
- Work onsite as needed to collaborate directly with engineering and QA teams, ensuring product rigor
- Support stealth projects which require a higher level of diligence in execution
- Run and lead innovative testing techniques like benchmarking testing, battery testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in with python, JavaScript and SQL
