Job Description
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a relevant field required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal, for presenting to cross-functional partners)
- Ability to work independently (self-starter profile with high ownership and sound judgment calls)
- Strong QA fundamentals combined with automation and technical skills (including experience with manual testing, starting to move into automation, and the ability to read/write code and debug)
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology
- Knowledge of computer development software, such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Linux, JavaScript, etc
- Basic automation exposure (e.g Selenium/Cypress or similar)
- Comfort using AI-assisted QA/automation tools
- Cross-platform testing experience (across web and mobile surfaces)

- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
