- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop agendas, materials, presentation decks, and meeting documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Experience tracking issues, action items, and follow-ups
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools
- Experience supporting large programs, initiatives, or change efforts
- Background in training coordination or content development
- Experience partnering with operational leaders or project teams
- Familiarity with project coordination, surveys, or feedback analysis
- Experience creating content for recurring meetings
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute attendance summary reports to ensure accurate tracking of participation and stakeholder engagement.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions such as ADMS overviews and OMS training.
- Partner with colleagues to provide oversight and support for data management, system knowledge, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate testing events, including scheduling, logistics, and readiness activities to support testing objectives.
- Conduct meetings to communicate release updates and assess potential operational impacts related to the GMS Project.
- Collaborate with the GMS Project Team to develop meeting agendas, prepare presentation materials, and create supporting content to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Strike Team by confirming agenda items, developing meeting content, creating surveys as needed, and tracking issues through resolution.
- Develop and maintain content for monthly Sub Operations Safety Meetings to support ongoing safety communication and compliance.
- Coordinate vendor meetings in partnership with IT Project Managers to support project alignment, communication, and execution.
