- Associates, or Bachelors Degree is required
- Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCDA)
- 8 years of professional experience
- Strong LAN/WLAN skills
- Cable management knowledge
- Cisco hardware expertise
- Experience performing LAN/WLAN implementations in net site startups
- Effective communication skills
- Strong customer support skills and ITSM
- Handle break/fix on the network
- Network management - Cisco Prime LMS, DNA, WCS, Radius, Tacacs administration
- Responsible for day-to-day network operations in supported PSLD sites, including site start-ups
- Monitors networks and provide network up-time for facilities
