- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience
- Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Facilitate and host cross functional meetings in person and virtual
- Manage priorities across multiple projects
- Providing technical expertise to aspects of production, cost, quality, and compliance to safety for the assembly of fuel injectors
- Troubleshooting assembly equipment if needed
- Assisting in process improvements for current assembly process
- Understanding and walking back issues that occur due to first test pass failures
- Creating and updating all APQP elements
