- Proven experience performing task analysis.
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver against multiple competing deadlines, as needed

- Perform a detailed task analysis for each job function, business process, or system for which training will be developed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content
- Define learning objectives, and course structure aligned to stakeholder needs and to meet the constraints of the learning environment
- Work under the direction of the Senior Instructional Designer to apply company standards, guidelines, and templates
- Write clear and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts appropriate for the target audience
- Participate in milestone meetings with subject matter experts, including task analysis, alpha, beta, and train the trainer
- Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation
- Receive and incorporate feedback
- Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables

- Must be located in the Client territory
- Monthly to quarterly travel is required to Client locations
