Job Title: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Professional
Duration: 5 months
Location: Remington, IN, USA
Work Model: Onsite
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am start, 8-hour days
Description
This role is responsible for the development and/or execution of HSE processes and activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Audits
- Workshops
- Trainings
The successful candidate will support continuous optimization of processes and unit operations concerning HSE.
They will participate in respective expert communities within client as well as external collaborations.
Key areas of focus may include methodologies for hazard identification, evaluation and mitigation, evaluation criteria for safety, protection quality, and HSE management system processes such as auditing, performance evaluation, continuous improvement cycle, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Plant Safety, Environmental Protection, Transport Safety, and Warehouse Safety.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 1-3 years of experience in EHS regulatory standards, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or Safety
- A valid driving license for local travel using a Company vehicle, with a passing MVR check
