EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related industry experience
- You have 8-10 years of experience with production and/or project management in the digital media or entertainment industry.
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

- You have a keen eye for detail and are familiar with digital assets and deliverables.

- You possess a high proficiency with Client applications, particularly Keynote. You have a passion for pop culture, music, and associated content.
- The Editorial Production & Operations team seeks an energetic, results-driven Editorial Producer to own and execute on music campaigns and programs.
- Our team defines and creates an efficient production process in collaboration with our partner teams across Client.
- This contingent role provides day-to-day support of Client Music programs and campaigns, including management of the production of our global music priorities.
- The role may require work at times outside of standard business hours, including on-call scheduled weekend support.
- Responsible for the setup, creation, and management of key production platform deliverables.
- Create and communicate proper naming conventions, update associated trackers, and confirm that appropriate metadata standards are applied.
- Providing support to associated Editorial teams and producers as needed. Builds positive relationships across the Client Music ecosystem, collaborates with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams to move priorities forward.
- Reporting to the leadership team, creation of executive summaries.
- Exhibits proactive and creative solution-oriented thinking and execution.
- Create and communicate folder structure, channels, and other team workspaces.
- Provide frequent and clear communication regarding the status of deliverables, reporting on completed content delivery while raising potential issues or key decisions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continually strives to define, inform, and optimize the process.
