Summary

• The Editorial Production & Operations team seeks an energetic, results-driven Editorial Producer to own and execute on music campaigns and programs.
• Our team defines and creates an efficient production process in collaboration with our partner teams across Client.
• This contingent role provides day-to-day support of Client Music programs and campaigns, including management of the production of our global music priorities.
• The role may require work at times outside of standard business hours, including on-call scheduled weekend support.
  
  

Description

• Responsible for the setup, creation, and management of key production platform deliverables.
• Create and communicate proper naming conventions, update associated trackers, and confirm that appropriate metadata standards are applied.
• Providing support to associated Editorial teams and producers as needed. Builds positive relationships across the Client Music ecosystem, collaborates with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams to move priorities forward.
• Reporting to the leadership team, creation of executive summaries.
• Exhibits proactive and creative solution-oriented thinking and execution.
• Create and communicate folder structure, channels, and other team workspaces.
• Provide frequent and clear communication regarding the status of deliverables, reporting on completed content delivery while raising potential issues or key decisions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
• Continually strives to define, inform, and optimize the process.
