- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5 years of experience in AWS cloud services including EC2, VPC, IAM, and S3
- Strong experience designing and supporting hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with AWS IAM and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Experience migrating legacy systems to AWS
- Strong understanding of infrastructure design, networking, and system dependencies
- Experience troubleshooting complex cloud and hybrid infrastructure issues
- Knowledge of performance monitoring, optimization, and root cause analysis
- Experience implementing backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools such as Terraform
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
- Strong documentation skills including architecture diagrams and operational procedures
- Understanding of cost optimization strategies in cloud environments (FinOps)
- Experience with Ansible for automation
- Advanced experience with Terraform module development
- Experience creating executive-level reports and technical briefings
- Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional engineering teams

- Lead efforts to modernize IT infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
