- 8 years of experience in business analysis, business consulting, operations, product, project delivery, or a related discipline
- 3 years of experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, compliance, product, or delivery stakeholders
- Experience performing current-state and future-state analysis, requirements definition, process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, and business impact assessment
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analysis work with minimal direction
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working across business and technology teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience evaluating opportunities involving AI, automation, digital capabilities, and process improvement
