Job Description
- Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, biology, horticulture, or other life sciences.
- Experience growing plants in controlled environments; commercial greenhouse experience is valuable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in elevated temperatures when needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Willingness to work rotating weekends when required
Responsibilities
- Sow, tend, and transplant plants in controlled environments
- Perform regular plant care including watering, trimming, and monitoring
- Harvest and process seeds and plants as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of greenhouse and growth chamber areas
- Follow detailed protocols and contribute to a high-quality research environment
