Role & Responsibilities
- Provide Audiovisual services to support conference room systems, meetings, and video conferencing requirements across the organization.
- Assist in supporting the day-to-day operation including set-up, operation and testing, maintenance, inventory, and security of all AV equipment and conference rooms.
- Lead the coordination and commissioning of new and upgraded AV systems across the company and assist in the preparation of assessments on the condition of the equipment, budgets for equipment replacements, and new purchases.
- Manage AV service vendors and integrators to ensure project and support is delivered as defined
- Provide oversight and coordination with Facilities and Information Technology during construction of new conference rooms.
- Performing duties leveraging elevated privileged access in Zoom, Teams, Pexip, etc. to manage and support the global estate
- Deploy and configure Microsoft Meeting Rooms & Zoom Rooms via PC based solutions
- Partner with Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure appropriate, secure, and compliant usage of AV technologies across the company.
- Provide training and associated materials to all users relating to effective use of the AV technologies including room and desktop systems.
- Assist in the AV strategy within our company by staying on top of AV technology trends and introducing new capabilities and features where appropriate.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all AV devices used within (Creston, Biamp, Shure, Teams, and Zoom)
- Knowledge of AV signal flow
- Knowledge of AV-over-IP (Dante, NDI, etc.)
- Project, Customer, & Documentation
- Provides feedback to design engineers
- Communicates with customers and stakeholders in facilities, IT, & other business areas
- Provides training to end users on basic operation of installed technology
- Supports room technologies & relevant services for Csuite, Executive Leadership, SVP, VPs, & others
