Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role based in Whittier, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyze market trends, and ensure team performance meets or exceeds sales goals. Responsibilities include coaching team members, building client relationships, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while promoting Rose Hills' products and services.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve performance goals
• Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills to build and nurture strong customer connections
• Data Analysis and Strategic Planning skills, including the ability to analyze sales metrics and implement effective growth strategies
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to present ideas clearly and foster collaboration among team members
• Experience in the funeral, cemetery, or death care industry is an asset but not required
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management systems
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
