Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA. The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include mentoring and training sales staff, driving performance, managing client relationships, and innovating customer-acquisition strategies. The role also involves collaborating with management on sales forecasts, market trends, and team development.
