Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Pre-Planning Advisor to join our team on-site in Whittier, CA. The Pre-Planning Advisor will assist families in planning and arranging pre-need funeral, cremation, and cemetery services. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, guiding them through options that best fit their needs, and ensuring all paperwork and arrangements are completed efficiently. The selected individual will focus on building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering trust while adhering to all legal and ethical requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Planning skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Urban Planning to provide tailored recommendations for memorialization options.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and manage sensitive situations with discretion.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the funeral or death care industry and regulations is advantageous.
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Looking for Bilingual in Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog, Japanese, othe Asian laguages for Asian Sales Department.
- No cemetery experiance necessary. We can train and support growth and knowledge for success.
